Also Read: Shraddha Kapoor Says She’d Love to Work With Alia Bhatt。当日开展十轮专项竞赛，参赛选手围绕葡萄酒品鉴、酿造核心技能同台竞技，全面检验实操水准与专业功底。 据了解，本次赛事在宁夏银川市闽宁镇全面展开，设置多个竞赛模块，理论考核、实操比拼等项目依次推进，综合考察品酒师、酿酒师岗位的完整职业能力。大赛致力于打造国家级葡萄酒行业标志性技能竞赛品牌，设置品酒师、酿酒师两大核心工种，考核标准严格对标国家职业技能技师规范，融入行业新技术、新工艺、新实践，贴合产业一线岗位实际需求。 为保障赛事专业、公正、权威，赛事邀请国内葡萄酒领域权威专家组建裁判团，全程规范执裁。经全国各省份层层预赛选拔，共有200余名一线选手参赛，既有从业多年的技术骨干，也有崭露头角的青年人才，代表国内葡萄酒行业职工的较高专业水平。 当前，国产葡萄酒产业处于转型升级关键期，消费需求不断迭代，行业对高技能专业人才的需求日益凸显。大赛搭建起全国葡萄酒行业公开公平的竞技交流平台，着力补齐产业人才短板，推动赛场经验转化为产业发展实效，践行以赛促学、以赛促练、以赛促产，夯实国产葡萄酒产业人才根基。
C | 贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产区是中国最大的酿酒葡萄集中连片产区，国家葡萄及葡萄酒产业开放发展综合试验区落户于此。截至2025年，产区酿酒葡萄基地种植和开发面积60.7万亩，现有酒企261家，葡萄酒年产量1.4亿瓶，占国产酒庄酒酿造总量的近50%。贺兰山东麓完备的产业基础，为本届大赛落地宁夏提供支撑。 本次大赛由中国财贸轻纺烟草工会、宁夏总工会主办，中国食品工业协会、宁夏人社厅、宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产业园区管委会协办，宁夏葡萄酒产业工会、银川市总工会承办。
